The Development and Cooperation Association (DCA) organized a leadership workshop as part of its program to enhance the capacities of its staff and volunteers. The workshop was led by global trainer Osman Mukbel, CEO of Action For Humanity, and attended by DCA Chairman Ahmad Jardali.

Twenty-five staff members and volunteers participated in the workshop, which covered fundamental concepts of effective leadership and teamwork, as well as practical experiences from humanitarian work. The aim of the workshop was to strengthen institutional performance and empower working and volunteer cadres for effective and sustainable performance.
