DCA x IFDO: Development Partners Conference

Beirut — The Development and Cooperation Association (DCA) hosted the “Development Partners” Conference on December 11 and 12 , 2025 at the Middle East Airlines (MEA) Training and Conference Center in Beirut.

The conference was attended by a number of official figures, experts, and representatives of local and international institutions. Among the attendees was the Minister of Economy, Dr. Amer Al-Bassat, who accepted the invitation of the Development and Cooperation Association and took part in the conference’s panel discussions.

The conference focused on strengthening partnerships between actors in the development and humanitarian sectors and the private sector. It addressed several themes related to developing development programs, exchanging expertise, and opening new horizons for sustainable cooperation that serves the most vulnerable communities.

The event also served as a platform for signing partnership and cooperation agreements between the Development and Cooperation Association and several institutional partners, with the aim of supporting development projects and achieving greater impact in targeted communities.

The conference provided an important opportunity for bringing together expertise and presenting practical visions that contribute to supporting sustainable development in Lebanon and the region. The Association continues its efforts to enhance cooperation among relevant stakeholders in the coming years.
